Welcome to SmartEdmin. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. SmartEdmin is a school management software platform operated by Liveupx Private Limited.
1. Acceptance By registering for or using SmartEdmin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description SmartEdmin provides cloud-based school management tools, including academics, attendance, exams, fees, communication, transport, and related features, offered through subscription packages.
3. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use You agree to use SmartEdmin only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
5. Subscriptions & Payment Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Charges, limits, and durations are shown at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
6. Data Schools own the data they enter. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability We work to keep SmartEdmin available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartEdmin and Liveupx Private Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation policy.
10. Changes We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://smartedmin.com/page/terms-condition.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Noida, India.
